摘　　要：随着城市道路照明建设的不断发展,为了更好优化城市道路照明的质量控制体系,车载式道路照明检测系统应运而生。然而随着对采集数据的分析,发现检测速度对于检测结果的准确性有很大影响。因此为更好提高数据采集的准确性和全面性,设计了车载式道路照明检测系统的测速模块。该模块利用北斗卫星系统提供的定位服务,采用NMEA0183协议作为数据传输协议,利用RF射频技术进行定位和导航,实现了对测量车辆位置和速度的高频率更新。通过经纬度的换算,获取车辆的位置、速度等信息。在测量的过程中,通过对数据检测时速度的控制,以及对比不同速度下数据的变化情况,有效地提高了检测的准确性。在测量时还可以采集行驶的实时速度、平均时速、行驶的里程数等。With the continuous development of urban road lighting construction,urban planning has become more scientific.In order to better improve the quality control system of urban road lighting,a technical solution of a vehicle mounted road lighting detection system has been proposed.With the continuous optimization of data collection,we have found that the detection speed also has a significant impact on the accuracy of the detection results.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of data collection,we have designed a speed measurement module for a vehicle mounted road lighting detection system.This module utilizes the positioning service provided by the BeiDou Satellite System,uses the NMEA0183 protocol as the data transmission protocol,and uses RF radio frequency technology for positioning and navigation,achieving high-frequency updates of the measured vehicle's position and speed.Through longitude and latitude conversion,we can obtain the location,speed and other information of the vehicle.During the measurement process,by controlling the speed of data detection and comparing the changes in data at different speeds,the accuracy of detection is effectively improved.Real time speed,average speed,and mileage can also be collected during measurement.
