炼钢厂消防应急照明和疏散指示系统的设计

摘　　要：炼钢厂厂房面积较大,设置较为复杂,厂内工艺单元较多,其消防应急照明和疏散指示系统的设计对于保障人员安全、提高应急反应效率具有重要意义。本文结合国内某炼钢厂实际情况,采用集中电源集中控制型系统,在炼钢中控楼内设置应急照明控制器,在各工艺单元分别设置应急照明集中电源,采用绿色节能的A型LED光源照明灯具,提出了炼钢厂的消防应急照明和疏散指示系统的设计方案。Steel plants have large floor area,complex layout,and many process units.The design of fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system is of great significance to ensure the safety of personnel and improve the efficiency of emergency response.In this paper,according to the actual situation of a domestic steel plant,a design scheme of the fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system is put forward.The emergency lighting controller is set up in the steelmaking central control building.The emergency lighting central power is set up in each process unit,and the green energy-saving A-type LED light source lighting is adopted.
