摘　　要：基于通信运营商生产经营过程中的实际“双碳”管理需求,聚焦企业碳数据管理、碳资产管理、碳双控指标体系、碳市场应对能力等全链条“双碳”管理内容,开展数智化赋能通信运营商“双碳”创新管理的研究、应用与实践。研究发现,建立通信运营商“双碳”管理数智化模型不仅能推动企业、行业自身的“双碳”高质量管理,也能赋能千行百业绿色发展。Based on the actual“dual carbon”management needs of communication operators in the production and operation process,it focuses on the whole-chain“dual carbon”management content of enterprises,including carbon data management,carbon asset management,dual control index systems and carbon market response capability,and carries out related research,application and practice of digital empowerment of communication operators'“dual carbon”innovative management.It is found that establishing the digital intelligence model of“dual carbon”management of communication operators could not only promote the management quality of enterprises and industries,but also enable the sustainable development of thousands of industries.
