摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区建设具有全球影响力的国际科技创新中心,需要充分学习借鉴全球先进经验,遵循科技创新中心形成的逻辑理路。本文首先通过理论推演,从科技、产业、经济以及文化的角度界定国际科技创新中心的概念与内涵。其次,阐述国际科技创新中心的演变过程及主要特征,并总结旧金山湾区、东京湾区、大伦敦区等高层次城市群的协同创新模式。再次,将国际科技创新中心分为三种类型,包括政府扶持型、市场导向型和知识驱动型,并阐明其核心驱动力。接着,归纳分析硅谷、波士顿大都市区、以色列等全球主要科技创新中心的先进经验及核心规律。最后,基于国际先进案例,提出粤港澳大湾区建设国际科技创新中心的必要条件。To establish the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into an international science and technology innovation center with global influence,it is necessary to fully learn from the world's advanced experience and follow the logical path of the formation of science and technology innovation centers.This paper firstly defines the concept and connotation of international science and technology innovation center from the perspectives of science and technology,industry,economy and culture through theoretical deduc⁃tion.Secondly,it expounds the evolution process and main characteristics of international science and technology innovation centers,and summarizes the collaborative innovation models of high-level urban ag⁃glomerations such as San Francisco Bay Area,Tokyo Bay Area and Greater London.Thirdly,the paper divides the international science and technology innovation centers into three types,including governmentsupported,market-oriented and knowledge-driven,and clarifies their core driving forces.Then,the ad⁃vanced experience and core rules of major scientific and technological innovation centers in the world such as Silicon Valley,Boston metropolitan area and Israel are summarized and analyzed.Finally,based on inter⁃national advanced cases,the necessary conditions for building an international science and technology inno⁃vation center in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are put forward.
