摘　　要：高压加氢换热器Ω环制造难度大,其制造质量对整体设备的运行安全有着举足轻重的影响。本文描述了高压加氢换热器现场检修中存在的问题,分析了其泄漏的原因,说明了高压加氢换热器Ω环的技术数据,重点阐述了制造新的Ω环的质量控制方法,以及加工中的问题改进,总结探讨了Ω环加工制造中的难题,为保证Ω环符合图纸技术要求、提升高压加氢换热器质量提供了一定的借鉴和参考。The manufacturing of theΩrings of the high-pressure hydrogenation heat exchanger is difficult,and its manufacturing quality has a significant impact on the operation safety of the entire equipment.This paper describes the problems existing in the on-site maintenance of the high-pressure hydrogenation heat exchanger,analyzes the causes of its leakage,explains the technical data of theΩrings of the high-pressure hydrogenation heat exchanger,focuses on the quality control method of manufacturing newΩrings,and improves the problems in processing.It summarizes and discusses the difficulties in the processing and manufacturing ofΩrings,and provides a certain reference for ensuring that theΩring meets the technical requirements of the drawings and improving the quality of high-pressure hydrogenation heat exchangers.
