摘　　要：天然气深冷处理工艺配置的低温球阀,其产品质量对工程建设的实体质量和生产运行的本质安全影响深远。为发挥监造的事前控制作用,实现质量管理的关口前移,本文全面论述了低温球阀设备制造在设计、材料进场与复验、加工制造与装配、过程检验与试验、出厂检查与验收等环节的监造工作,研究、分析和阐述了低温球阀在制造过程各环节的重点监造内容,为同行开展类似工作提供切实可行、操作性强的监理思路,与大家学习、交流和讨论。The configuration of low-temperature ball valves for deep cryogenic treatment of natural gas has a far-reaching impact on the physical quality of engineering construction and the essential safety of production operation.In order to enhance pre-control supervision and advance the frontier of quality management,this study comprehensively conducted supervisory work throughout the entire process of low-temperature ball valve equipment manufacturing,including design management,material entry and re-inspection,manufacturing and assembly,process inspection and testing,as well as factory inspection and acceptance.The research analyzed and elucidated key supervisory content at each stage of the manufacturing process for low-temperature ball valves.This provides practical and feasible supervision strategies for peers engaged in similar work while promoting learning,exchange,and discussion within the industry.
