摘　　要：基于专业化生产需要,水电设备机组铸件基本采用外购形式,选择合适的铸件厂家、加强铸件的生产过程管控和成品质量检验,对最终机组的质量起着关键的作用。本文介绍了某水电项目活动导叶监造方案,列举了具体质量控制点以及实施方法,着重叙述了活动导叶质量问题的发现和整改措施,对水电设备部套件质量控制,尤其是铸件质量控制提供了借鉴和参考。In order to meet the needs of specialized production,the castings of hydroelectric equipment units are generally purchased externally.Choosing a suitable casting manufacturer,strengthening the production process control and finished product quality inspection of castings play a crucial role in the quality of the final unit.This article introduces the supervision plan for the active guide vanes of a certain hydropower project,lists specific quality control points and implementation methods,and focuses on the discovery and rectification measures of quality problems in the active guide vanes.It provides reference and guidance for the quality control of the hydropower equipment department,especially the casting quality control.
