摘  要:对核电设备加强监理工作,是保证核电机组安全稳定运行的重要手段。文章以核电机组的汽水分离再热器为例,从内壁母材缺陷问题入手,分析缺陷产生原因,介绍了缺陷处理过程的监理工作方法,并总结了核电设备监理工作的对策建议。研究表明,加强核电设备监理工作至关重要,可及时发现设备缺陷故障并有效处理,能避免造成严重危害和损失,提高核电厂的综合生产效益。Strengthening the supervision of nuclear power equipment is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of nuclear power units.The article takes the steam water separation reheater of a nuclear power unit as an example,starting from the problem of defects in the inner wall base material,analyzing the causes of defects,introducing the supervision methods of defect handling process,and summarizing the countermeasures and suggestions for the supervision of nuclear power equipment.Research has shown that strengthening the supervision of nuclear power equipment is crucial,as it can timely detect equipment defects and faults and effectively handle them,avoid serious harm and losses,and improve the comprehensive production efficiency of nuclear power plants.
