摘　　要：本文论述了秦皇岛公司为提高分散控制系统(DCS)性能,实现技术自主可控,其3#机组DCS系统采用国产智深DCS系统改造项目的整体设计和应用情况;详细阐述了硬件和软件技术,硬件方面包括DCS电源冗余和可靠性设计、星型网络架构、汽机跳闸保护系统(ETS)软硬控制回路的设计与优化;软件方面对控制器分配、逻辑合理性、报警功能进行了大量的优化改进,从而进一步提高了秦皇岛公司3#机组国产化DCS系统的可靠性、稳定性和人机交互效率。This paper describes the overall design and application of the domestic Zhishen DCS system transformation project for the DCS system of Unit 3 of Qinhuangdao Power Co.in order to improve the performance of DCS system,and realize the autonomous control of technology.The hardware includes DCS power supply redundancy and reliability design,star network architecture,ETS system soft and hard control loop design and optimization.In terms of software,the controller destribution,logic rationality and alarm function have been optimized and improved a lot,thus further improving the reliability,stability and human-computer interaction of the domestic DCS system of Unit 3 of Qinhuangdao Power Co..
