摘  要:本文针对传统电液控制系统存在的不足,提出了一种基于人工智能技术的电液控制系统设计方案。该方案通过引入深度强化学习、自适应控制等智能算法,综合运用虚拟现实、故障诊断等先进技术,实现了采掘设备电液控制系统的智能化升级。实验结果表明,与传统PID(比例-积分-微分)控制相比,所设计的智能电液控制系统在响应速度、控制精度、能耗等方面均取得了显著提升,且具有优异的故障诊断与容错能力,可有效提高采掘设备的作业性能与可靠性。Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional electro-hydraulic control system,this paper proposes a design scheme of electro-hydraulic control system based on artificial intelligence technology.By combining intelligent algorithms such as deep reinforcement learning and adaptive control,alongside advanced technologies like virtual reality and fault diagnosis,the scheme achieves an intelligent upgrade of the electro-hydraulic system for mining equipment.Experimental results indicate that compared to traditional PID control,the designed intelligent electro-hydraulic control system significantly improves response speed,control accuracy,and energy consumption.Additionally,it exhibits excellent fault diagnosis and fault tolerance capabilities,effectively enhancing the operational performance and reliability of mining equipment.
