摘　　要：回顾了我国油气管道用埋弧焊管工艺装备发展历史,介绍了螺旋埋弧焊、直缝埋弧焊管生产工艺、装备发展进步情况。围绕油气管道代表性工程,介绍了近40年来我国油气输送埋弧焊管国产化及工程应用方面取得的技术进步,以及在新产品研发储备方面的工作。结合当前我国油气管道高质量发展需求、新能源及数智技术发展趋势,就油气输送埋弧焊管技术及产品发展趋势进行了探讨及展望。The development history of submerged arc welded pipe technology and equipment for oil and gas transportation in China is reviewed and the production processes and equipment development progress of spiral submerged arc welded pipes and longitudinal submerged arc welded pipes are introduced.The significant progress made in the localization and engineering application of submerged arc welded pipes for oil and gas transportation in China in the past 40 years were introduced as well as the work in new product research and development reserves,focusing on representative engineering projects of oil and gas pipelines.Based on the current demand for high-quality development of oil and gas pipelines in China,as well as the development trends of new energy and digital technology,the development trends of submerged arc welded pipe technology and products for oil and gas transportation are discussed and prospected.
