摘　　要：阐述基于医院信息系统(HIS)的电子病历和随诊一体化建设意义,探讨基于HIS的电子病历和随诊一体化系统设计方案,包括系统架构设计、随诊模型设计、其他功能模块设计。This paper expounds the significance of the construction of an integrated electronic medical record and follow-up system based on Hospital Information System(HiS),and explores the design scheme of an integrated electronic medical record and follow-up system based on HiS,including system architecture design,follow-up model design,and other functional module design.
