摘　　要：本研究通过构建多层级指标(空间可达性、分配均等性、供需适配性、社会正义性)的空间公平性评价框架,测度了西安市中心城区内城三区社区老年人服务设施布局的空间公平性。研究发现社区老年人服务设施未能达到可达性全覆盖的需求,且未能在老年人群体中形成公平分配。此外,设施供需错配现象较为普遍,同时在某些区域还出现了社会正义缺失的问题。基于评价结果,本研究提出改善社区老年人服务设施公平性的优化策略,为西安市社区老年人服务设施的规划提供科学依据。This research introduces a spatial equity assessment framework that incorporates the key levels of spatial accessibility,allocation equality,supply-demand alignment,and social justice.The spatial equity of the distribution of elderly service facilities in urban communities was measured using three inner districts of central city of Xi'an as an example.The study found that community elderly service facilities failed to fully meet the accessibility needs and were not distributed equally among different age groups of the elderly.Furthermore,a notable disparity exists between the supply and demand for these facilities,accompanied by a lack of social justice in localised spaces.Based on the evaluation results,the study proposes strategies to enhance the equity of community elderly service facilities,aiming to serve as a scientific reference for community elderly service facilities planning initiatives in Xi'an.
