中国香港产业结构现状与粤港澳大湾区产业合作的路径研究

摘　　要：当前,中国经济发展进入新常态,正在从高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。香港地区的经济发展与内地的经济发展互相依托,并驾齐驱,是中国经济发展的双引擎。中国香港应紧随全球产业转型方向,积极促进产业转型增效,提升经济发展的动力。本文研究发现,香港地区2015—2022年产业结构和指标变化结构呈现出高度服务化、服务经济虚拟化的趋势,对房地产行业有较高依赖、产业升级缓慢等问题,削弱了香港地区经济可持续发展的动力。中国香港应基于国际、区域经济格局变化和香港地区经济的比较优势与约束条件,以知识经济和高增值服务经济为转型方向,实现香港地区高增值服务业和内地高技术制造业、现代服务业为中心的产业整合,并抓住“粤港澳大湾区”的机遇,创造和巩固竞争优势,从而为香港地区的经济转型和可持续发展提供支撑。China’s economy is undergoing a gradual transformation from a phase of rapid growth to one of high-quality development.The economic progress of Hong Kong,China and the Chinese mainland are interdependent,serving as the dual engine for China's economic advancement.It is imperative for Hong Kong,China to align with the global industrial transformation,actively promote industrial efficiency and transformation,and bolster the driving force behind economic development.From 2015 to 2022,Hong Kong,China industrial structure and indicator change structure have shown a clear trend toward a highly service-oriented and virtualized service economy.However,there are concerns regarding the high dependence on the real estate industry and the slow pace of industrial upgrading,both of which undermine the potential for sustainable economic development in Hong Kong,China.Based on the changes in the international and regional economic patterns and the comparative advantages and constraints of the Hong Kong,China economy,Hong Kong,China,should take the knowledge economy and the high value-added service economy as the direction of transformation,realize the industrial integration of the high value-added service industry in Hong Kong,China with the high-tech manufacturing industry and modern service industry in the Chinese mainland as the center,and seize the opportunities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to create and consolidate competitive advantages,so as to provide support for Hong Kong,China economic transformation and sustainable development.
