摘　　要：现代化产业体系是现代化国家的物质技术支撑,是维护国家安全的必然选择,现代化产业体系的建立对于构建新发展格局、高质量发展具有重要意义。当前,辽宁正处于实现全面振兴新突破的关键时期,构建现代化产业体系是新时代推动辽宁产业转型升级、实现全面振兴的关键所在。作为新中国工业的摇篮,辽宁要结合自身发展实际,从国家战略全局出发,以实体经济为根基,科技创新为关键,产业升级为方向,构建现代化产业体系,以期推动辽宁实现全面振兴、高质量发展。A modern industrial system is the material and technical support of a modern country,and an inevitable choice to safeguard national security.The establishment of a modern industrial system is of great significance to the construction of a new development pattern and high-quality development.As Liaoning is in a critical period of realizing a new breakthrough in the overall revitalization,the construction of a modern industrial system is the key for Liaoning to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and achieve overall revitalization in the new era.As the cradle of the People’s Republic of China’s industrial sector,Liaoning should take into account its own reality,proceed from the overall national strategy,and take the real economy as the foundation,sci-tech innovation as the key,and industrial upgrading as the direction to construct a modern industrial system,and thus promote the all-round revitalization and high-quality development in the province.
