摘 要:为实现充气式开关柜运行过程中绝缘状态评估,避免单一局放检测手段准确性和灵敏度有限的缺点,提出一种基于脉冲电流法和气体检测法的充气式开关柜多参量融合检测装置。首先,对充气式开关柜多参量融合检测装置的原理进行分析,并对局部放电过程中热效应作用下可能产生的气体种类及其变化规律进行分析;其次,对多参量融合检测装置的实现方式进行阐述;最后,将多参量融合检测装置应用于充气式开关柜并设计故障模拟试验验证其有效性。结果表明,基于脉冲电流法和气体检测法的充气式开关柜多参量融合检测装置,可有效测量运行状况下充气式开关柜的局放脉冲信号,最低局放检测灵敏度≤38.6 pC,能够对由于充气式开关柜发生绝缘故障产生的特征气体非甲烷总烃、NO_(2)、NO进行有效监测,实现对在运充气式开关柜绝缘劣化过程的有效监测与预警。In order to evaluate the insulation condition of gas-insulated switchgear(GIS)during operation and avoid the limitations of single partial discharge detection methods in terms of accuracy and sensitivity,this paper proposes a multi-parameter fusion detection device for GIS based on the pulse current method and gas detection method.First,the principle of the multi-parameter fusion detection device for GIS is analyzed,and the types of gas that may be produced under the thermal effect during partial discharge and their variation patterns are analyzed.Then,the implementation method of the multi-parameter fusion detection device is described.Finally,the multi-parameter fusion detection device is applied to GIS,and a fault simulation experiment is designed to verify its effectiveness.The results show that the multi-parameter fusion detection device for GIS based on the pulse current method and gas detection method can effectively measure the partial discharge pulse signal of GIS under operating conditions,with a minimum partial discharge detection sensitivity of≤38.6 pC.It can effectively monitor the characteristic gases,such as total non-methane hydrocarbons,nitrogen dioxide,and nitric oxide,generated due to insulation faults in GIS,realizing effective monitoring and early warning of the insulation deterioration process in operating GIS.
