摘　　要：从演进的角度深刻把握中国城乡经济关系与推进现代化的外在特征与内在原因,对进一步理解与推动中国式现代化语境下的城乡经济融合发展具有重要启示意义。纵观新中国成立70多年来的城乡经济发展与现代化的发展历程,城乡经济关系的变动始终与现代化的不同阶段命题相呼应。中国式现代化新征程与城乡经济融合逻辑具有高度内在一致性。促使城乡经济融合的重点是推动实现城乡要素融合,城乡要素治理使得城乡经济关系呈现出符合现代化发展阶段特征的结构,并有力支撑着现代化进程。要进一步通过经济要素的有效治理,推动城乡要素的双向流动、高效组合、合理配置和有序开发,加快实现城乡经济融合,更好助推中国式现代化。A deep understanding from the perspective of evolution of the external characteristics and internal reasons of urban and rural economic relations and the promotion of modernization has important implications for further understanding and promoting the integration of urban and rural economic development in the context of Chinese modernization.In the past 70 years of urban and rural economic development and modernization since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the changes in urban and rural economic relations have always echoed the proposition of different stages of modernization.There is a high degree of consistency between the new journey of Chinese modernization and the logic of urban and rural economic integration.The key point of promoting urban and rural economic integration is to promote the integration of urban and rural elements,and the governance of urban and rural elements gives urban and rural economic relations a structure that conforms to the characteristics of the modernization development stage,and strongly supports the modernization process.It is necessary to further promote the two-way flow,efficient combination,rational allocation and orderly development of urban and rural factors through effective governance of economic factors,which is conducive to accelerating the integration of urban and rural economies and better promoting Chinese-style modernization.
