摘 要:稀土钽酸盐RE_(3)TaO_(7)和铌酸盐RE_(3)NbO_(7)(RE代表稀土元素)具有高热膨胀系数、低热导率和优异的高温稳定性等特点,被广泛作为热障涂层材料进行研究。研究了(SmEuGd)(Ta_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(7)高熵陶瓷的硬度、断裂韧性、热膨胀系数和热导率等关键力-热学性质,通过高熵效应实现对其性能的优化。结果显示,相较于单稀土RE_(3)TaO_(7)和RE_(3)NbO_(7)陶瓷,(SmEuGd)(Ta_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(7)高熵陶瓷的硬度、弹性模量和热膨胀系数进一步提高,同时热导率进一步降低,并且其热导率随温度的变化出现类玻璃态特征。相较于传统的氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷,(SmEuGd)(Ta_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(7)高熵陶瓷具有高工作温度(达到1500℃)、低热导率(1.78 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),900℃)和高热膨胀系数(10.87×10^(-6)K^(-1),1500℃)的优势。高熵陶瓷的设计和制备可以进一步优化RE_(3)TaO_(7)和RE_(3)NbO_(7)材料的力热学性质。Rare-earth tantalats RE_(3)TaO_(7)and niobates RE_(3)NbO_(7)(RE=rare-earth)have characteristics of high thermal expansion coefficients(TECs),low thermal conductivity,and excellent high-temperature stability,subsequently,they are widely studied as thermal barrier coatings.The key force-thermal properties such as hardness,fracture toughness,thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity of(SmEuGd)(Ta_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(7)ceramics were studied,and their properties were optimized by high entropy effect.The results show that compared with single-rare-earth RE_(3)TaO_(7)and RE_(3)NbO_(7)ceramics,(SmEuGd)(Ta_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(7)exhibits higher TECs,hardness and modulus,when its thermal conductivity is further reduced,and displays amorphous behavior.Compared with traditional ytrria-stablized zirconia(YSZ),(SmEuGd)(Ta_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(7)has higher working temperatures(1500℃),lower thermal conductivity(1.78 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),900℃),and higher TECs(10.87×10^(-6)K^(-1),1500℃).It is proved that the thermal and mechanical properties of RE_(3)TaO_(7)and RE_(3)NbO_(7)can be further optimized via high-entropy engineering.
