摘 要:深入分析管道水锤压力瞬变特征并采用科学合理的防护措施,对于确保引调水工程的安全及可靠性具有重要意义。以云南省某引调水工程为例,通过构建引调水管道水锤压力的数值模拟模型,分析末端阀门关闭时管道水锤压力变化特征,并评估水锤防护措施的防护效果。结果显示,在无水锤防护措施工况下突然关闭管路末端阀门,水锤压力沿线逐渐上升,末端易产生水锤高压。依据数值模拟结果,采用末端阀门线性关闭、设置超压泄压阀、设置调压塔等防护措施,可有效减小管路末端关阀水锤压力,保障输水系统的安全运行。It is of great significance to analyze the characteristics of pipe water hammer and take effective protective measures to ensure the reliability and safety of water transmission projects.In this paper,taking a water diversion project in Yunnan Province as an example,by constructing a numerical simulation model of water hammer pressure in a diversion and water supply pipeline,the characteristics of water hammer pressure changes at the end of the valve are analyzed,and the effectiveness of water hammer protection measures is evaluated.The results show that when the valve at the end of the pipeline is suddenly closed without water hammer protection measures,the water hammer pressure gradually rises along the line,and the water hammer high pressure is easily generated at the end.The water hammer protection measures such as linear closure of the end valve,setting of overpressure relief valve and setting of pressure regulator can effectively reduce the water hammer pressure at the end of the pipeline and ensure the safe operation of the water transmission system.
