摘 要:针对蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压强度检测需破坏样品、步骤烦琐及效率较低的情况,研究了贯入法检测蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压强度,并对其相关影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明,选择水平贯入方式可避免贯入深度受惯性重力的影响;砌块的多孔结构特性导致其表面含水率明显低于内部含水率;砌块表面含水率低于15%时,贯入深度基本保持稳定;贯入深度与砌块抗压强度呈线性关系。In response to the issues of sample destruction,cumbersome testing procedures,and low testing effi⁃ciency in the compressive strength testing of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,research has been conducted on the penetration resistance method for testing the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,and related influencing factors have been discussed.The results indicate that different types of penetra⁃tion equipment have negligible effect on the penetration depth results;choosing the horizontal penetration method can avoid the influence of inertial gravity on the penetration depth;the porous structural characteris⁃tics of the block result in its surface moisture content being significantly lower than the internal moisture con⁃tent;when the surface moisture content of the block is less than 15%,the penetration depth remains basically stable;there is a linear relationship between the penetration depth and the compressive strength of the block.
