摘 要:以凹凸棒石为原料、N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为耦合剂、戊二醛为键合剂制备三维凹凸棒石吸附剂,通过改变吸附温度等外界条件,探究三维凹凸棒石的吸附性能。结果表明,Freundlich等温方程和准二级动力学方程能够更好地表现吸附热力学和吸附动力学中三维凹凸棒石对Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附过程。当25℃条件下,投加量为0.030 0 g、Ni(Ⅱ)的质量浓度为5 mg/L、p H为4,去除率可达99%以上。此外,吸附Ni(Ⅱ)离子主要以配位的形式进行,该吸附在工业及水质除Ni(Ⅱ)离子研究领域表现出潜在的实用价值。Using attapulgite as raw material,N-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane as a coupling agent,and glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent,a three-dimensional attapulgite adsorbent was prepared.By varying external conditions such as adsorption temperature,the adsorption performance of three-dimensional pumice was investigated.The results indicated that the Freundlich isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetic equations better describe the adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of Ni(II)by three-dimensional pumice.Under conditions of 25℃,an addition amount of 0.0300 g,Ni(II)concentration of 5 mg/L,pH of 4,the removal rate exceeded 99%.Furthermore,the adsorption of Ni(II)ions primarily occurs in a coordinated form,demonstrating potential practical value in industrial and water quality research for Ni(II)ion removal.
