摘  要:传统的氨基丙二酸合成复杂耗时,因此,本文采用高纯度试剂和关键仪器,研究聚焦于高效合成氨基丙二酸。通过优化Ni/SiO_(2)催化剂的制备和加氢反应条件,在定制的反应装置中实现了高纯度AMA的合成,并通过HPLC验证产物纯度。研究结果显示,当Ni/SiO_(2)催化剂中镍质量分数为30%、反应温度为100℃、压力为1.8 MPa时,2-NMA加氢合成AMA的效率最优,获得高于99%的转化率和选择性。催化剂最佳用量为2-NMA质量的5%。产物结构通过谱图分析得到验证,证实了AMA的成功合成。The traditional synthesis of aminomalonic acid is complex and time-consuming.Therefore,research focuses on the efficient synthesis of aminomalonic acid,using high-purity reagents and key instruments such as heated stirrers and infrared spectrometers.By optimizing the preparation of Ni/SiO2 catalyst and hydrogenation reaction conditions,the synthesis of high-purity AMA was achieved in a customized reaction device,and the product purity was verified by HPLC.Research results show that when the nickel content in the Ni/SiO2 catalyst is 30%,the reaction temperature is 100℃,and the pressure is 1.8 MPa,the efficiency of hydrogenating 2-NMA to synthesize AMA is optimal,achieving a conversion rate and selection higher than 99%.The optimal dosage of catalyst is 5%of the mass of 2-NMA.The product structure was verified by spectral analysis,confirming the successful synthesis of AMA.
