摘　　要：本文阐述了硼砂pH溶液标准物质的研发过程以及其定值不确定度的评定方法。硼砂pH溶液标准物质可以广泛应用于分析仪器的检定或校准、期间核查、评价分析方法和分析过程的质量控制等。配制溶液标准物质所使用的原料均为经过严格筛选的高纯物质。研制过程中对溶液标准物质进行了严格的均匀性检验和稳定性考察,结果表明此溶液标准物质均匀性良好,在6个月的有效期内成分稳定。采用美国NIST溶液标准物质作为量值溯源,以高精度的pH计进行定值,所用的天平、温度计和容量器具均经计量检定合格,保证了此溶液标准物质的量值溯源。对认定值的不确定度从定值、均匀性、稳定性三方面进行了合理评估。This article elaborates on the development process of borax pH solution standard substance and the evaluation method of its uncertainty in determination.Borax pH solution standard substance can be widely used in the calibration or verification of analytical instruments,periodic verification,evaluation of analytical methods,and quality control of analytical processes.The raw materials used for preparing solution standard substances are high-purity substances that have been rigorously screened.During the development process,strict uniformity and stability tests were conducted on the solution standard substance,and the results showed that the uniformity of this solution standard substance was good,with stable components within a validity period of 6 months.It uses the NIST solution standard substance as the source material for quantity traceability,and uses a high-precision pH meter for calibration.The scales,thermometers,and measuring instruments used have all been calibrated and qualified,ensuring the traceability of the quantity of this solution standard substance.The uncertainty of the recognized value has been reasonably evaluated from three aspects:fixed value,uniformity,and stability.
