摘 要:采用卤素水分仪检测Tritan交联聚酯树脂中的水分含量,通过控制变量法进行测试方法的优化,考察了卤素水分仪试验条件对测定结果的影响。结果表明,采用卤素水分仪,在试样称样量是15 g,干燥温度为140℃时,在预设质量损失为1 mg/140 s时终止试验,此时的检测性能达到最佳水平。表现出的相对标准偏差不超过10%,且标准添加法的回收率介于90%至100%之间。实验结果说明卤素水分仪法测试时间短,操作简便,在工业生产上具有十分优异的推广应用前景。The halogen moisture meter was used to detect the moisture content in Tritan(Cross-linked Polyester Resin plastics).The testing method was optimized through the control variable method,and the influence of the experimental conditions of the halogen moisture meter on the measurement results was investigated.The results showed that when using a halogen moisture meter with a sample size of 15 g and a heating temperature of 140℃,the optimal detection state was achieved by terminating the test when the preset mass loss was 1 mg/140 s.The relative standard deviations were less than 10%,and the spike recovery rate ranged from 92%to 100%.The detection results indicated that this method has a short detection time,is simple to operate,and has excellent prospects for promotion and application.
