摘  要:为提高水中氨氮的检测效率,对纳氏试剂分光光度法和流动注射法的测定结果进行了分析和比较。实验结果表明,同等条件下对比纳氏试剂分光光度后发现流动注射法数据精密度、准确度更好,加标回收率更高,而且自动化程度高,干扰因素少,非常适用于水中氨氮的测定。In order to improve the detection efficiency of ammonia nitrogen in water,the results of Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry and flow injection method were analyzed and compared.The experimental results showed that under the same conditions,the flow injection method had better precision and accuracy in data comparison with Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry,higher recovery rate,high degree of automation,and fewer interference factors,making it very suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water.
