摘  要:邹县发电厂针对1 000 MW火电机组中水处理单元澄清池存在的出水浊度超标问题,进行原因分析和要因确认,分析得出造成澄清池出水浊度超标的主要原因是脱水机运行参数不合理、脱水机处理量达不到系统要求。通过调整运行参数、降低污泥外排污泥量,实现了澄清池出水浊度均小于10 NTU,出水浊度满足达标排放要求。Zouxian Power Plant conducted a root cause analysis and confirmation of the issue of excessive turbidity in the effluent of the clarification tank of the water treatment unit in a 1000 MW thermal power unit.The main reasons for the excessive turbidity in the effluent of the clarification tank were found to be the unreasonable operating parameters of the dewatering machine and the insufficient processing capacity of the dewatering machine to meet the system requirements.By adjusting operating parameters and reducing the amount of sludge discharged externally,the turbidity of the effluent from the clarification tank was achieved to be less than 10 NTU,and the effluent turbidity met the standard discharge requirements.
