摘 要:在甲醇转化烯烃(MTO)的工业过程中,急冷塔作为主体流程中的重要设备,承担着产品气冷却、洗涤产品气中夹带的催化剂细粉、中和产品气中酸性物质的重要任务。然而,随着装置运行的持续,塔盘结垢现象逐渐显现,不仅影响了装置长周期稳定运行,也增加了设备运行风险和维护成本。因此,本文通过概述甲醇制烯烃装置急冷塔,着重分析了甲醇制烯烃装置急冷塔在实际运行过程中结垢的原因,最终针对性地提出了预防及优化措施,有效处理甲醇制烯烃装置急冷塔结垢问题,确保急冷塔运行效果满足实际应用需求。In the industrial process of methanol to olefin(MTO)conversion,the quench tower,as an important equipment in the main process,undertakes the important tasks of cooling the product gas,washing the catalyst fine powder carried in the product gas,and neutralizing the acidic substances in the product gas.However,as the operation of the device continues,the phenomenon of tray scaling gradually becomes apparent,which not only affects the long-term stable operation of the device,but also increases the operational risks and maintenance costs of the equipment.Therefore,this article provides an overview of the rapid cooling tower in the methanol to olefin plant,with a focus on analyzing the reasons for scaling in the actual operation of the rapid cooling tower.Finally,targeted preventive and optimization measures are proposed to effectively address the scaling problem in the rapid cooling tower of the methanol to olefin plant,ensuring that the operational effectiveness of the rapid cooling tower meets practical application needs.
