摘　　要：延安炼油厂联合一车间260万t/a常压装置,自2020年11月以来塔顶油气空冷管束和油气管线陆续出现腐蚀泄漏。与此同时,常顶压缩机自2020年12月份开始先后出现5次故障,通过现场解体检查发现进气阀与排气阀阀片之间结垢严重,并且密封面出现腐蚀,初步判断是因为介质带液,造成气阀漏气。确定故障原因后,从工艺设备两方面进行改造升级,确保装置长周期运行。The 2.6 million tons/year atmospheric pressure unit of the first joint workshop of the Yan'an Refinery has experienced corrosion and leakage in the oil and gas air-cooling tube bundles and oil and gas pipelines at the top of the tower since November 2020.At the same time,the compressor has experienced five failures since December 2020.Through on-site disassembly inspection,it was found that there was severe scaling between the intake valve and the exhaust valve plate,and the sealing surface was corroded.It was initially determined that the reason was the medium is filled with liquid,causing the air valve to leak.After the cause of the fault is determined,modifications and upgrades will be carried out from both aspects of the process equipment to ensure long-term operation of the device.
