新型破乳剂在含油污水处理中的应用分析

摘  要:为了解决传统破乳剂在处理含油污水时活性差、脱油率低的不足,提出了一种新型具有高活性的破乳剂,对不同因素下破乳剂的除油特性进行了分析,确定了破乳剂在使用时的最佳参数。根据实践应用表明,新型破乳剂的表面活性要明显优于传统破乳剂,而且当破乳剂在静置反应时间为35 min、反应温度为29℃、添加量为48 mg/L的情况下能够达到92%以上的脱油率,对于提高含油污水的净化效率、降低处理成本具有十分重要的意义。In order to address the shortcomings of traditional demulsifiers in treating oily wastewater,such as poor activity and low oil removal rate,a new type of demulsifier with high activity was proposed.The oil removal characteristics of demulsifiers under different factors were analyzed,and the optimal parameters for their use were determined.According to practical applications,the surface activity of the new demulsifier is significantly better than that of traditional demulsifiers.Moreover,when the demulsifier is left to react for 35 minutes,at a reaction temperature of 29℃,and with an addition of 48 mg/L,it can achieve a de-oiling rate of over 92%.This is of great significance for improving the purification efficiency of oily wastewater and reducing treatment costs.
