摘 要:针对放顶煤采煤参数对顶煤回收率影响较大的问题,以腾晖煤业2#煤层工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法,确定了合理的放煤参数如下:割煤高度为3 m,采放比为1∶1.03,放煤步距为0.8 m,放煤方式为单轮间隔放煤。在2-202工作面进行现场试验,现场监测结果显示,在前述放煤参数条件下,顶煤回收率为89.5%,含矸率为7.6%,前述设计方案合理、可行,可保证工作面安全、高效生产。In response to the issue of the significant impact of top coal mining parameters on top coal recovery rate,based on the engineering background of Tenghui Coal Industry's 2#coal seam,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other methods were used to determine the reasonable coal mining parameters as follows:the cutting height is 3 m,the mining ratio is 1:1.03,the coal mining step is 0.8 m,and the coal mining method is single wheel interval coal mining.On site testing was conducted on the 2-202 working face,and the monitoring results showed that under the aforementioned coal discharge parameters,the top coal recovery rate was 89.5%and the gangue content rate was 7.6%.The aforementioned design scheme is reasonable and feasible,which can ensure safe and efficient production of the working face.
