摘  要:介绍了某炼厂160万t/a溶剂脱沥青装置的运行现状,分析了装置生产过程中造成运行能耗高的原因,以及采取的相关优化调整措施和所获得的效果,最终通过优化措施落实实现装置运行平均能耗从21.97 kg EO/t原料下降至21.35 kg EO/t原料,减少能耗0.62 kg EO/t原料,溶脱装置实现将本增效。This article introduces the operating status of a 1.6 million t/a solvent deasphalting unit in a refinery,analyzes the reasons for high energy consumption during the production process of the unit,as well as the relevant optimization and adjustment measures taken and the results obtained.Ultimately,through optimization measures,the average energy consumption of the equipment was reduced from 21.97 kgEO/t of raw materials to 21.35 kgEO/t of raw materials,reducing energy consumption by 0.62 kgEO/t of raw materials.The dissolution and desorption unit achieved cost efficiency improvement.
