摘  要:为了优化煤化工生产高盐废水回用处理技术,采用单因素变量控制法,以废水回用处理中管式超滤装置过滤处理废水水通量为变量,设计100、120、140、160 L/(m^(2)·h)四种工况,比较不同水通量下处理后水样盐浓度、浊度、溶解性固定、导电率、重铬酸钾指数、总硬度、油类、悬浮物、p H值,以及废水污染物去除率。结果:当水通量为120 L/(m^(2)·h)时污染物去除率达到最高,并且各项指标符合高盐废水回用标准。结论:将高盐废水回用处理技术中管式超滤装置过滤处理废水的水通量参数优化为120 L/(m^(2)·h),以此保证废水回用处理质量。In order to optimize the reuse treatment technology of high salt wastewater in coal chemical production,a single factor variable control method was adopted,and the water flux of the tubular ultrafiltration device in wastewater reuse treatment was taken as the variable.Four operating conditions of 100,120,140,and 160 L/(m^(2)·h)were designed to compare the salt concentration,turbidity,solubility fixation,conductivity,potassium dichromate index,total hardness,oil,suspended solids,pH value,and wastewater pollutant removal rate of the treated water samples under different water fluxes.Result:The highest pollutant removal rate was achieved when the water flux was 120 L/(m^(2)·h),and all indicators met the standards for high salt wastewater reuse.Conclusion:The water flux parameter of the tubular ultrafiltration device in the high salt wastewater reuse treatment technology is optimized to 120 L/(m^(2)·h)to ensure the quality of wastewater reuse treatment.
