摘 要:为进一步改善焦化废水处理现状,通过反渗透工艺处理焦化废水试验,对反渗透进水SDI、反渗透系统脱盐率、反渗透系统产水水质和反渗透系统标准化产水等进行分析。结果表明,采用反渗透工艺后,废水处理效果显著提升,可以维持焦化废水处理系统长期稳定运行状态,有利于节约生产成本,符合环境污染控制和保护要求。In order to further improve the current situation of coking wastewater treatment,experiments were conducted on the treatment of coking wastewater using reverse osmosis technology.The SDI of reverse osmosis influent,desalination rate of reverse osmosis system,water quality of reverse osmosis system effluent,and standardized effluent of reverse osmosis system were analyzed.The results show that the use of reverse osmosis technology significantly improves the wastewater treatment effect,can maintain the long-term stable operation of coking wastewater treatment system,is conducive to saving production costs,and meets the requirements of environmental pollution control and protection.
