摘 要:10 kV配网设备运行环境恶劣,设备种类多,发生故障概率较高。如果保护上下级配合不当,就将导致故障影响范围扩大。馈线自动化启动研判策略不当,也将无法实现故障越级跳闸开关,负荷转供用时无法由小时级压降到分钟级。依据线路不同的运行情况,使用不同的保护策略,降低故障越级跳闸的情况,缩小停电范围;结合馈线自动化技术,精准定位故障区域、及时研判故障停电范围。分析了10 kV配网三段式保护、零序保护配置方法,集中型馈线自动化配置策略,指导配电网日常运维中保护定值的整定、馈线自动化的信息传动,极大提升二次实用化效率和供电可靠性。The operating environment of 10 kV distribution network equipment is harsh,with a wide variety of equipment types and a high fault rate.If the cooperation between superiors and subordinates is improper,the scope of the fault will be expanded.The analysis and determination strategy for feeder automation startup is inappropriate,and it is impossible to achieve self-healing of fault level skipping trip switches.When transferring loads,the use of time cannot drop from the hourly level to the minute level.According to the different operating conditions of the line,sectional different protection strategies should be used to reduce the occurrence of fault tripping and minimize the scope of power outages.And feeder automation technology is used for assistance to accurately locate fault area and timely assess the scope of power outages caused by faults.This paper analyzes the configuration methods of three-stage protection and zero sequence protection for 10 kV distribution networks,as well as the centralized feeder automation configuration strategy.It may guide the tuning of protection thresholds and information transmission for feeder automation in daily operation and maintenance of distribution networks,and has the potential of improving the efficiency of secondary practicality and power supply reliability.
