摘 要:针对断线故障检测处理方法滞后的问题,提出主干线、支线及配电变压器断线的通用快速检测处理方法。针对小电流接地系统故障接地选线及区段定位困难的问题,提出以接地参数处理接地故障的新方法。经现场试验分析,所提方法简单易行,处理故障成功率达100%,具有极大的应用前景和推广价值。In view of the lack of competent detection and handling methods for line breakage faults with respect to the development of power distribution automation,a universal rapid detection and handling method for breakages in main lines,branch lines,and distributing transformer lines was proposed.To address the difficulty in line selection and section location of ground faults in small current grounding systems,a new handling method based on grounding parameters was proposed.The proposed methods were indicated by the on-site test facile,feasible,and highly effective with a 100%success rate in fault handling,and thereby potentially applicable.
