摘  要:某厂6 kV开关因机构拒动或卡涩等原因,频繁发生开关合闸线圈烧毁或合闸继电器接点粘连等电气故障。结合6 kV开关的二次合闸控制回路原理,分析得出开关合闸线圈烧毁或合闸继电器接点粘连的原因,提出并设计了在合闸回路中通过增加时间继电器来实现延时闭锁功能的改进方案。There encountered repeated electrical failures such as burning-up of closing coil or contact adhesion of closing relay with respect to a 6 kV switch in an actual plant owing to mechanism inaction or sticking,etc.This paper analyzes the reasons for closing coil burning-up or closing relay contact adhesion by clarifying the principle of the secondary closing control circuit of the 6 kV switch.It then proposes and designs a retrofit scheme of adding time relay to the closing circuit to realize the function of delayed block.
