摘　　要：极端寒冷的天气条件下,电动机轴承上油膜形成不良,导致电动机运行时润滑不良和异常声响,加速轴承磨损,并且由于电动机壳体与基础之间的微变形不一致而导致振动超标,极大影响设备的正常运行。对此,研制了一种室外电动机温度调节器,以最大限度地减少电动机运行产生的热量消耗,并确保设备正常运行。Under extremely cold weather conditions,an oil film will form on the motor bearings,which can lead to poor lubrication and abnormal noise during motor operation,accelerate bearing wear,and cause excessive vibration due to inconsistent micro deformations between the motor housing and foundation,greatly affecting the normal operation of the equipment.In view of this a temperature regulator for outdoor electric motors has been developed to minimize the heat consumption generated by motor operation and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
