摘 要:套管是将变压器内部高压线引出的重要附件,其安全性对于变压器乃至整个电网的安全稳定运行至关重要,因此应加强变压器套管在线监测数据分析,及时发现设备潜在缺陷。介绍了一起110 kV变压器套管介损在线监测数据异常的案例,综合分析了仪器设备、环境、系统电压、套管缺陷等因素对在线测量结果的影响。通过试验分析发现,系统电压谐波及频率变化是造成此次在线监测数据异常的主要原因,并对变压器套管在线监测装置日常运维提出了相关建议。Bushings are important accessories covering the outward high-voltage wires in transformers,and their safety is crucial for safe and stable operation of transformers and even networks.Therefore it is necessary to strengthen online monitoring data analysis of transformer bushings for timely detection of potential defects.This paper focuses a case of dielectric loss data abnormality encountered by an online-monitored 110 kV transformer bushing,and analyzes the influences of instruments,environmental factors,system voltage,bushing defects,etc.on the online measurement results.It reports the conclusion made through experiment and analysis that system voltage harmonics and frequency changes were the main causes for the data abnormality.It also puts forward relevant suggestions for daily operation and maintenance of transformer bushing online monitoring devices.
