摘  要:针对一起断路器内部闪络放电故障,结合故障时录波波形进行分析,通过解体检查、仿真试验、成分分析、故障复现试验等手段确定故障原因。为避免后续再次出现同类型故障,提出了优化断路器屏蔽罩设计、提高设备全流程管控工艺要求、定期开展断路器检测等管控措施,以降低断路器故障概率,提高电力系统稳定运行可靠性。This essay focuses on the analysis of a case of internal flashover discharge fault encountered by an actual circuit breaker.By analyzing the waveform record,and by means of disassembly inspection,simulation testing,component analysis,and fault reproduction testing,the fault cause was determined.To avoid the recurrence of similar faults,specific control measures,such as optimizing the design of circuit breaker shielding covers,improving the overall process control process requirements of equipment,and regularly conducting circuit breaker inspections,were proposed to reduce the probability of circuit breaker failures and improve the stability and reliability of power system operation.
