摘  要:围绕C5-PFK气体在特高压套管典型绝缘结构使用的理论性分析,将分时互用光纤传感检测技术应用于C5-PFK混合气体绝缘及分解性能研究。理论和软件分析:从分子动力学层面模拟C5-PFK混合气体的绝缘及分解特性;自主编程仿真软件模拟吸收谱线随温度、压力变化规律,获取C5-PFK绝缘环境下特高压套管精细化电热机耦合场分布;针对电容式套管内绝缘结构和C5-PFK混合气体绝缘特性,应用灰色系统与NSGA-Ⅱ混合算法反演、预测分解气体浓度高耦合、非线性数据序列。硬件和装置开发:开发分时互用光纤带电检测装置实现混合气体分解成分定量在线获取;搭建测试混合气体工频、雷电和操作冲击性能的高压组合电器真型试验平台;通过迭代优化光路系统,解决高频振动、大幅温差对试验结果影响。分时互用光纤传感检测技术可实现C5-PFK混合气体高灵敏度、宽浓度域检测,为双碳目标建设示范工程提供理论和试验依据,具有较好经济和社会效益。The present work was one part of the systematic study of the use of C5-PFK gas mixture in typical insulating structures with respect to UHV bushings,and focused on exploring the feasibility and utility of applying time-division multiplexing fiber optical sensing to the assessment of insulation and decomposition properties of C5-PFK gas mixture.The main efforts could be stratified into two aspects:theoretical and software analysis,and hardware and apparatus implementation.The former aspect entailed molecular dynamics modeling of insulating and decomposition characteristics of C5-PFK gas mixture,self-programmed simulation of the variation law of absorption spectrum with temperature and pressure which obtained the coupling field distribution of UHV bushing fine electric heater in C5-PFK insulation environment,and deduction and prediction of decomposition gas concentration using grey system-NSGA-Ⅱ hybridized algorithm.The latter aspect was the implementation of time-division multiplexing fiber optical sensing-based live detector capable of quantitative and online monitoring component contents of decomposition gas,which involved the establishment of a full-scale testing platform for high-voltage switchgear for power frequency,lightning and operational impulse properties of decomposition product,and the addressing of the influences of high frequency vibration and large temperature difference by iteratively optimizing the optical system.It can be concluded from the study that the use of time-division multiplexing fiber fiber sensing technology can realize highly sensitive and wide-concentration-range detection of decomposition product of C5-PFK gas mixture.
