摘  要:采用COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立了35 kV三芯聚丙烯电力电缆电-热-力多物理场模型,仿真分析正常、过载、轻载运行情况下,聚丙烯电缆绝缘层中的电场、温度场分布特性,以及电缆弯曲时受力负荷对绝缘层的形变规律。结果表明:与轻载运行相比,过载运行时导电线芯处载流量增大,聚丙烯绝缘处的电场强度值最大增大了1.16倍,绝缘层温度升高了85.5℃。电缆安装弯曲半径为8 D时,聚丙烯绝缘的形变量已经超过承受的最大耐形变值,有发生绝缘开裂的可能。The present work made a preliminary attempt to conduct electrical-thermal-mechanical modeling of a 35 kV three-core polypropylene power cable using COMSOL Multiphysics software.It simulated and analyzed the distribution characteristics of electric and temperature fields in the insulating layer under normal,overload,and light-load conditions,as well as the bending deformation pattern of the insulating layer.The results showed that,compared with light load operation,the current at conductive core increased under heavy load condition,resulting in the increment of electric field strength at the polypropylene insulation by a maximum of 1.16 times,and the insulation layer temperature rise of 85.5℃.When the cable installation bending radius was 8 D,the deformation of the polypropylene insulation exceeded the maximum withstand deformation value,thereby possibly causing insulation cracking.
