摘  要:介绍一起某火力发电厂机组在运作过程中因发电机汽侧端部槽口块脱落造成槽口块绑绳及碎块磨损发电机线棒主绝缘形成的单相接地导致定子接地保护动作跳机的事件,阐述规范预防性试验作业的必要性,同时给出此类事故相关防范措施。This essay reports the case event of stator winding protective relay action encountered by an operating unit of an actual thermal power plant.It describes the causal analysis which discovers that the detachment of generator steam-side slot block resulted in the wear of wiring bar main insulation by the binding rope and debris of the slot block,and consequently formed single-phase ground fault and triggered relay trip.It outlines the significance of standardized preventive testing operation and gives preliminarily countermeasures.
