摘　　要：随着空间探测任务、区域与国际合作及商业航天快速发展,天体一体化信息网络体系的构建以及资源设备的互联互操作,迫切需要借鉴和实现空间信息交互服务管理应用的标准。国际空间数据系统咨询委员会(Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems,CCSDS)交互支持业务领域工作组(Cross Support Services,CSS)致力于提升不同机构之间的互操作性,涉及空间通信交互支持服务管理工作包括构建体系化框架和规范协议族,用于机构与设备之间的信息服务请求交互。其中,服务管理使用请求格式(Service Management Utilization Request Format,SMURF)标准为体系中各服务请求提供了复用机制,其标准编号为902.9,该标准目前已经通过了白皮书(White Book)阶段和红皮书(Red Book)阶段。文章在分析SMURF标准框架体系、标准构成和版本对比的基础上设计了SMURF API,并将该标准应用于爱因斯坦探针(Einstein Probe,EP)卫星任务的在轨测试与运行中,以规范化国际数传站设备资源请求报文和响应报文。With the rapid development of space exploration missions,regional and international cooperation,and commercial aerospace,there is an urgent need to learn from and implement standards for space information exchange service management applications.The CCSDS CSS working group is engaged to improving interoperability between different institutions,involving the management of space communication interaction support services,including the construction of systematic frameworks and standardized protocol families for information service request interaction between institutions and devices.Among them,the Service Management Utilization Request Format(SMURF)standard provides a reuse mechanism for various service requests in the system,with standard number 902.9.This standard has passed the White Book and Red Book stages and has been applied in space science Einstein Probe(EP)satellite missions.On the basis of analyzing the SMURF standard framework system,standard composition,and version comparison,the design of SMURF API is provided in this article.Currently,this standard is used to standardize international data transmission station equipment resource request messages and response messages during in orbit testing and operation of EP tasks.
