摘  要:使用传统的人工设计、人工审查的方式进行标准的实施和标准化审查,存在着诸多缺陷和不足,且一次性通过率较低,无法满足数字化、智能化、网络化的智能制造发展需求。本文基于电子装联可制造性标准,以标准化手段将电子产品可制造性和可装配性设计(DFMA)审查向设计源头前移,建立DFMA审查规则库,创新审查模式,采用自动审查工具贯彻标准要求;面向操作过程,基于电子装联技术体系,识别成熟、通用技术点,建立可视化工艺规范体系,以图、视频和文字相结合的形式,完成可视化操作规范的制定。The traditional methods of manual design and review for standard implementation and standardization examination have many shortcomings and deficiencies,resulting in a low one-time pass rate,which cannot meet the development needs of digital,intelligent,and networked smart manufacturing.Based on the manufacturability standards of electronic assembly,this paper adopts standardization means to shift the Design for Manufacturability and Assembly(DFMA)review of electronic products to the source of design.A DFMA review rule base is established,and an innovative review model is adopted,using automatic review tools to implement standard requirements.For the operational process,based on the electronic assembly technology system,mature and universal technical points are identified to establish a visual process specification system.The visual operation specifications are formulated in a combination of graphics,videos,and texts.
