摘  要:国家“双碳”目标促进了交能融合以及公路和新能源一体化的发展。利用公路路域的土地资源,进行公路与路域新能源一体化设计可降低能源成本,提高能源利用效率,减少碳排放,促进经济绿色发展。目前公路与新能源一体化的相关研究尚处起步阶段,国内外尚无系统性的研究。本文从公路选线、施工、运营三个阶段对公路与路域新能源一体化设计的关键问题进行分析,针对新能源公路的选线问题、施工期临时用电发电场选址问题和运营期光伏一体化设计问题提出了解决的技术方案。The national"dual carbon"goals have promoted the integration of energy and transportation,as well as the integration of highways and new energy sources.Utilizing the land resources of highway corridors,integrated designs combining highways and new energy sources can lower energy costs,improve energy efficiency,reduce carbon emissions,and promote green economic development.Currently,research on the integration of highways and new energy sources is still in its early stages,and there is no systematic study both domestically and internationally.This article analyzes key issues in the integrated design of highways and new energy sources at three stages:highway route selection,construction,and operation.Technical solutions are proposed for issues such as route selection for new energy highways,site selection for temporary power generation during construction,and integrated design of photovoltaic systems during operation.
