摘 要:产业新城作为“产城融合”的代表,如何合理的进行物流基础设施建设以促进产业和城市的高质量发展,是新城规划建设之初需重点考虑的问题。本文以宜昌产业新城为例,分析新城建设面临的区域产业协同通道不畅、物流服务产业能力不足、物流服务城镇化能力不强、城市商贸流通性物流待补齐等问题,从以港兴城、物流通道、多式联运、物流配套、智慧物流等层次提出物流基础设施布局规划对策建议,物流先行,以产聚人兴城,实现更高质量的产城融合。As a representative of"industry-city integration,"industrial new towns face the crucial question of how to reasonably construct logistics infrastructure to promote high-quality development of both industries and cities during the initial stages of planning and construction.Taking Yichang Industrial New Town as an example,this paper analyzes issues faced during new town development,including impeded regional industrial collaboration channels,inadequate logistics service capacity for industries,weak urbanization capacity of logistics services,and unfnished urban commercial and circulation logistics.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions for logistics infrastructure layout planning from various perspectives,including city development driven by ports,logistics corridors,multimodal transportation,logistics supporting facilities,and smart logistics.By prioritizing logistics and leveraging industries to attract people and vitalize cities,the paper aims to achieve a higher-quality integration of industries and cities.
