摘 要:不同运输方式合理分工由客观经济规律所决定,而协调发展已成为当前评价交通运输高质量发展的重要标准。为科学评判综合立体交通系统内不同运输方式间的耦合协调发展程度,以2014—2022年四川省的发展统计数据为例,从投入和产出视角构建评价指标体系,引入指数型功效函数和熵权法获取各运输方式的发展指数,借助修正的耦合协调度模型来测度不同运输方式间的协调发展水平。结果表明:四川省综合立体交通系统内四种主要运输方式的耦合协调度总体在0.71—0.81之间,不同运输方式间仍处于磨合适应的发展阶段。当前制约耦合协调度提升的主导因素是各运输方式发展仍不充分,不同运输方式间的耦合度还有优化空间。该研究能够为后续交通发展政策制定和管理规划提供参考。The rational division of labor among diferent transportation modes are determined by objective economic laws,and coordination has become a vital criterion to evaluate the high-quality development of transportation.To scientifically evaluate the degree of coupling coordination among different modes of integrated stereoscopic transportation system,this paper takes the development data of Sichuan Province during 2014 to 2022 as an example.Firstly,the evaluation index system is established from the perspective of input and output.Then,the exponential efficacy function and entropy weight method are introduced to obtain the development index of each transportation mode.Furthermore,the modifed coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the level of coordinated development of the system.The results show that the coupling coordination degree among the four main modes of integrated stereoscopic transportation system are generally between 0.71 and 0.81 in Sichuan Province.It can be seen that the diferent transportation modes are still in the stage of mutual adaptation.The insufcient development is the leading factor restricting the upgrade of coupling coordination,and there is room for the coupling optimization among different transportation modes.This research can provide useful references for the formulation of transportation development policy and management planning.
