基于AIDET沟通模式的围手术期护理在整形外科门诊择期手术患者中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨基于问候-自我介绍-过程讲解-解释-感谢(AIDET)沟通模式的围手术期护理对整形外科门诊手术患者负性情绪及满意度的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年4月—2021年3月选择中国医学科学院整形外科医院整形外科门诊接受择期手术的422例患者,按照门诊病案号奇偶数分为观察组和对照组,每组患者211例。对照组使用传统沟通模式对患者进行健康宣教,观察组在此基础上采用AIDET沟通模式进行围手术期护理。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表评分及护理满意度情况。结果干预后,观察组患者焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度较优于照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用AIDET沟通模式对整形外科门诊择期手术患者进行围手术期健康宣教,有利于减轻患者焦虑情绪,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of perioperative nursing based on the acknowledge,introduce,duration,explanation,thank you(AIDET)communication model on negative emotions and satisfaction of surgical patients in Plastic Surgery Hospital.MethodsFrom April 2020 to March 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 422 patients who underwent elective surgery at the Plastic Surgery Clinic of the Plastic Surgery Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.According to the odd and even numbers of outpatient medical records,patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 211 patients in each group.Control group received traditional communication model based health education,while observation group was treated with AIDET communication model based perioperative nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups of patients before and after intervention.ResultsAfter intervention,the anxiety scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe AIDET communication model based perioperative health education for patients undergoing elective surgery in Plastic Surgery Clinic is beneficial in relieving patients'anxiety and improving their satisfaction with nursing services.
