摘　　要：拆分(碎片)发表行为作为冗余发表灰色地带,因比较隐蔽、不易察觉且缺乏可操作的标准而被出版界忽视。本文描述了拆分(碎片)发表行为的概念和类别,梳理了国内外关于碎片发表的研究进展,明确指出其对科学传播、出版资源及科研工作者的危害,尝试用案例方式从横向、纵向等方面探索如何识别拆分(碎片)发表行为,并从作者、同行评议及出版相关主体视角提出了应对策略。Splitting(fragmented)publishing is a gray area of redundant publishing and been overlooked by the publishing industry due to its concealment,difficulty in detection,and lack of actionable standards.This article describes the concept and categories of fragmented publishing,summarizes the research results on fragmented publishing at home and abroad,and clearly points out its harm to scientific communication,publishing resources,and researchers.Using case studies,it explores how to identify fragmented publishing from horizontal and vertical,and puts forward prevention suggestions from policy and specific operational levels.
