摘　　要：基于文献复习及专家意见生成修订稿约的条目,为中文生物医学期刊修订稿约提供参考。由研究小组通过文献复习提取修订稿约相关的条目产生初级条目,通过德尔菲专家咨询法并结合现场讨论产生核心条目和推荐条目。上海科技期刊学会生物医学专业委员会牵头的共26位专家参与了德尔菲专家咨询,最终纳入24位专家意见。113个条目经二轮德尔菲专家意见征询,产生4部分,包括71个核心条目和42个推荐条目。中文生物医学期刊稿约的条目推荐的制定有助于应对互联网和数字化技术发展以及新兴医学进步带来的伦理问题,为各生物医学期刊稿约修订提供参考。The purpose of this study is to develop recommend itemsbased on literature review and expert opinions,and to provide areference for the revision of instructions for authors of Chinesebiomedical journals.A research team extracted relevant itemsrelated to the revision of instructions for authors through literaturereview to generate preliminary items.Then the Delphi expertconsultation method,combined with on-site discussions,wasapplied to generate core and recommended items.A total of 26experts led by The Biomedical Journal Committee of the ShanghaiSociety for Scientific&Technical Periodicals participated in theDelphi expert consultation,with the opinions of 24 experts finallyincluded.After two rounds of Delphi expert opinion solicitation,113 items were categorized into four parts,comprising 71 core itemsand 42 recommended items.The establishment of guidelines forrecommended items in Chinese biomedical journal instructions helpsto address ethical issues arising from the development of the internetand digital technology,as well as emerging medical advancements,and provides a reference for the revision of instructions for variousbiomedical journals.
